Enhance your bulk orders with our professional embroidery service. We accept embroidery requests for orders of 30 pieces or more, allowing you to add logos or names to your apparel. Each order includes a design draft for your approval before production, ensuring the final result meets your expectations.
Embroidery adds just 3–5 days to the overall production time, with a fee of $2 per piece. This service is ideal for team uniforms, corporate gifts, or custom orders for events and tournaments. Our team makes the process smooth and hassle-free, from design approval to delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the items are in stock, we can process and ship them within 48 hours. For larger orders that require additional production, please allow 15–20 days of processing time. If embroidery is requested, it will take an additional 3–5 days.
Once your order is shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.
How are orders handled when certain items are on backorder or pre-order?
Orders are usually shipped together. If some items require additional production or are on pre-order, we will contact you about the delayed items and arrange shipment accordingly.
Do you provide a standard or custom size chart?

Can I mix different colors or styles to meet the minimum order quantity?

How do I place a group or corporate order?
Simply contact our customer service team and provide the products, sizes, and quantities you need. It’s helpful to include product links or SKUs from the product pages to expedite your request.
Our team will prepare an order draft invoice for your review and approval. Once payment is completed via invoice email, your order will be processed. If you have a specific delivery date, please inform us in advance.
For embroidery requests, please provide your logo image file so we can create a draft design for your approval before production.
If an item is shown as in stock on the website, can it be ordered for a group or corporate purchase?
Website availability does not always reflect our wholesale inventory. Group and corporate orders are fulfilled from dedicated stock, which may differ from what is shown online.
Our Group and Corporate Orders Manager will assist you in selecting the best available options to ensure your order can be fulfilled smoothly.
How are shipping charges calculated for group and corporate orders?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment and the delivery address. The final shipping amount will be confirmed and included in your invoice.
Note: Complimentary shipping for orders of $59 or more applies only to standard eCommerce purchases, not to bulk or corporate orders.
