Returns and Exchanges

2. Ship the item(s) to the provided address

3. We'll inspect and confirm receipt upon arrival

4. Refund will be processed

RETURNS

We accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective with all original packaging and tags for full refund within 30 days of the purchase.  

To initiate the returns process, please reach out with our team at service@soneven.com and include your order number (example: #12345)  and the reason for return. Our team will review your return request within 2 business days. If accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please note that returns must be requested by email before shipment.

After approval, please ship the returned items at your earliest convenience. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen carrier. It will expedite the process if you kindly provide us with the corresponding tracking number after shipment.

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Once the receipt is confirmed, we will refund your original form of payment within 7 business days.

If the return is initiated by you, you are responsible for the shipping fee. However, if the return is due to our error resulting in damaged or incorrect goods received, no fee is required. 

REFUNDS

Kindly note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable, and they will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange item(s) or need a different item/style number please process a return and place a new order. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping fee of the returns initiated by you.

REMINDER

After receiving your order, please promptly inspect the items. If you find any defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days so we can promptly assist you.

**FINAL SALE

All items purchased at Final Sale, as indicated, are not eligible for returns, exchanges.
