How do I receive a Welcome discount?
You will receive a discount code after subscribing to our newsletter. Please check your inbox or spam inbox after subscription. Kindly note that you need to manually apply the code at checkout.
What forms of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Discover, Diners Clubs, UnionPay, Visa Electron, and Cartes Bancaires.
How do I use a discount code?
Certain discount codes are automatically applied once you reach the specified criteria. For personalized codes, simply copy and paste them during checkout.
Do you have a special policy if I buy in bulk?
We offer additional discounts for bulk orders of 30 pieces or more. Email us for the discount codes!
Shipping & Tracking
What is the Shipping policy?
Please refer to our Shipping policy here. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please refer to our shipping policy.
Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from our US warehouse or China’s factory.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective with all original packaging and tags for full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Check our Returns and Exchanges Policy here.

I received my order, but found the product damaged or defective. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear an item got damaged upon delivery! Please email us with a photo of the defect so our team can further assist.
Laundry & Caring
How should I care for my products?
We recommend machine wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry low (not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius). Do not use chlorine-containing detergents for washing, and avoid bleach and ironing directly on prints or embellishments.
